Develust Technology provides structured technical services including but not limited to infrastructure architecture, server configuration, system integration, AI solutions, API development, cybersecurity implementation, and performance optimization. All services are delivered according to agreed scope, documented requirements, and defined milestones where applicable.

Service engagements may involve provisioning infrastructure components within environments managed by Develust Technology. Such managed environments operate under controlled administrative governance. Access to these systems is conditional upon active service agreements and adherence to operational standards. Clients are responsible for providing accurate project requirements, timely communication, and necessary access permissions required for service execution. Delays resulting from incomplete information, restricted access, or third-party limitations may affect delivery timelines.

All intellectual property developed specifically for a client under a paid engagement may be transferred or licensed according to agreed contractual terms. However, underlying methodologies, infrastructure frameworks, security procedures, and operational models remain the property of Develust Technology unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

Certain third-party services such as cloud platforms, software licenses, or external APIs may be utilized during service delivery. Develust Technology is not liable for outages, disruptions, or performance issues originating from third-party providers beyond reasonable control.

Upon termination of service, access to managed infrastructure resources provisioned under Develust Technology governance may be suspended or revoked. Continued use of managed systems without an active agreement is not permitted. Develust Technology implements professional security standards; however, no digital system can guarantee absolute immunity from cyber threats, force majeure events, or unforeseen technical incidents. Liability is limited to the value of services rendered under the specific engagement.

These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically to reflect operational, legal, or structural changes. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
