Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which Develust Technology may issue partial refunds for services provided. As our services involve technical labor, infrastructure configuration, and managed environments, refunds are subject to structured evaluation. Labor and executed work are non-refundable, and any approved refund may require service revocation.

This Refund Policy governs refund eligibility for services provided by Develust Technology. All services are delivered as professional technical engagements involving labor, configuration, system architecture, and managed infrastructure components.

Due to the nature of technical services and the allocation of professional labor, refunds are not automatically granted. Each request is reviewed based on the stage of service delivery, scope completion, and documented resource allocation.

Clients may request a refund if they are not satisfied with the delivered work. Refund consideration is based on the following principles:

  • If service has not yet started, a refund may be granted minus administrative or preparation costs.
  • If work has commenced or has been delivered, up to 50% of the total project amount may be eligible for refund, excluding labor fees and executed technical implementation.
  • Labor time, system configuration, infrastructure setup, architectural design, and completed development efforts are non-refundable once performed.

If a refund is approved after partial or full delivery, Develust Technology reserves the right to revoke, disable, or remove services, deployed systems, infrastructure configurations, APIs, credentials, or related technical components provided under the engagement. Continued use of delivered systems after refund approval is not permitted.

Where services operate within Develust Technology managed environments, infrastructure access remains conditional upon an active service relationship. Upon refund processing, associated infrastructure resources may be suspended or deactivated in accordance with operational governance procedures.

Refunds, when approved, are processed using the original payment method, including bank transfer or other agreed manual payment channels. Processing time may vary depending on financial institutions but typically occurs within 7–14 business days.

Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

  • Agreed milestones have been completed and delivered.
  • Custom development has been deployed and made operational.
  • Third-party service costs, licenses, or infrastructure fees have already been incurred.
  • Project delays or dissatisfaction result from incomplete communication, access restrictions, or scope changes initiated by the client.

Develust Technology reserves the right to evaluate refund requests based on documented scope, technical execution status, and contractual understanding. This policy may be updated periodically to reflect operational or structural adjustments. Continued engagement with our services constitutes acceptance of the current version of this policy.
